We are proud distributers of authentic, premium sunglass stock from genuine Australian and international suppliers. We appreciate you wanting to get a 'bargain' but we do not appreciate people comming in to try on our stock, only to source it elsewhere at cheaper and less trustworthy places like the internet. When you purchase anything from Wise Eyes Optical you do not just purchase an item, you purchase a service and a port of call that will help you if anything happens to your glasses. Our policy is that we do not exchange or refund. We love our customers and strive hard to facilitate orders, basic enquiries, repairs and warranties. If you have purchased your sunglasses from the internet and wish to use us to facilitate repair or warranty services we cannot help you. If you have purchased your sunglasses elsewhere and from an authentic stockist please provide your receipt as proof of your purchase and provided your sunglasses are still covered under the warranty period we will be happy to help you. Most warranty periods range between 12 months and 2 years. We may charge you a $15 postage and handling fee to facilitate the warranty or repair service.
